A flagoid can be seen on the Greater Richmond Sailing Association logo (www.grsa.org/images/banner_bg.gif), a blue and green quartered triangular pennant with a thin white cross throughout. The shades of both background colors are shown muted on the website
background, but brighter shades were used on a previously available image of the same logo, now at web.archive.org/.
A cursory glance to the extensive photo gallery didn’t bring up any evidence of flag use, but others may have more data.

Old Dominion Boat Club - a yacht club based in Alexandria. Burgee is black with an orange triangle at the hoists and the letters "O" and "D" counterchanged.

Potomac Boat Club - a rowing club founded late 19th century. Flag is red with a large white star, matching the blades of the oars used by the club.
