A new web site at <www.ezadar.hr>
includes an article on the celebration o fthe community day of
Povljana, 23rd April 2009. There is a photo where the flag and
Coat of Arms (on diplomas) are visible - confirming us that they
exists, unfortunately the details are not clear - its seems that
the Coat of Arms is azure with some argent object. It is set
bordered yellow in the centre of a light blue flag..
The new
statutes of Povljana (Statut Opcine Povljana, 29.07.2009,
Slubeni glasnik Zadarske upanije, br. 17/2009,
27.08.2009) includes only general "default"
determination on the existance of the symbols and the general
procedure for their adoption and regulation of their use.

The photo of the Coat of Arms of Povljana (probably from a
road sign) is taken by Neboja Fadljevic 16 June 2008,
presented on <www.pticica.com>
(larger image here).
Therefore, the coat of arms of Povljana is: azure St. Nicolas
stantant his right hand raised in blessing and holding in his
left three apples on a book and a crozier and with a mitre on his
head all argent.
The flag is light blue with the coat of arms bordered yellow in
the centre of it.
