The flag and arms of Marneuli are prescribed by Decree No. 7/3, adopted on 15 April 2009 by the Municipal Council.

The flag of Marneuli is horizontally divided red-white-red-white (3:2:1:2) with three yellow lions in canton. The flag must be a simplification of the municipal arms.
