The municipality of Rosinos de la Requejada (419 inhabitants in 2009; 15,478 ha) is located in the north-west of the Zamora Province, 110 km of Zamora.

Description

A blog called "La Driza" has reported that the Municipality of Rosinos in the Province of Zamora, Castilla y Leon, Spain, adopted its flag.

The flag and arms of Rosinos de la Requejada, designed by Vicente Tocino Letrado and Tomás Rodríguez Peñas, are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 31 March 2006 by the Municipal Council, signed on 14 June 2006 by the Mayor, and published on 6 July 2006 in the official gazette of Castile and Leon, No. 130, p. 13,047. The symbols are described as follows:

Municipal flag: Rectangular flag with proportions 2:3, made of three equal horizontal stripes, the outer white with five red Greek crosses, the central blue, and at hoist a vertical green serrated stripe of 1/3 the flag length.

Coat of arms: Argent a pale wavy azure surrounded by ten Greek crosses gules a chief serrated vert The shield surmountedby a Royal crown closed.
