The flag is definitely yellow and charged with the coat of
arms in the center. The Coat of arms with the knight is the older
coat of arms as I can see. The current coat of arms is with
sword.
Here is photo
taken few days ago from football tournament. On this photo the
yellow flag is with the current coat of arms (with the sword)

Here is another
version of flag with sword, with red and blue stripe from <www.vitez.info>.
It's not official because here
is a image of Vitez municipal building where the flag is seen
without red and blue stripe, just coat of arms on yellow field.
